1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User", "you", or "your"), and Dream Intrepid Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, as well as any other media form, mobile application, or API connected thereto (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unequivocally bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
3. Scope of Service and Client Engagements
Dream Intrepid Ltd operates as an Innovation Foundry, Venture Studio, and Solutions Lab. Information presented on this Platform regarding our capabilities serves strictly as an invitation to treat.
Engaging Dream Intrepid Ltd for professional deliverables (such as enterprise software development, product design, AI implementation, or digital transformation) will be governed by entirely separate, explicitly negotiated Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). These website terms govern purely the usage of our public-facing digital infrastructure and informational content.
4. User Representations and Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You possess the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your corporate entity;
- You will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means lacking explicit authorization (e.g., bot scraping);
- You will not use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or ethically compromised purpose;
- Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or international trade compliance protocol.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. As a user of the Platform, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security apparatus of our digital infrastructure.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Platform.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform or the networks or services connected to the Platform (e.g., DDoS attacks).
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or any breach of your representations and warranties.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Dream Intrepid Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
